   Wherever you crank on weekends in 2008 West Branch, Berlin, Mogadore, East Branch, Nimisila or anywhere else in the Buckeye State you know when  the water is down 4 feet  and a cold front brought in screaming north winds, this is not Texas or Florida but OHIO!
